Saturday 6/9- Monday 6/12

On Friday, we began our journey to Argentina, at Logan Airport. We boarded our 10 am flight to Miami, and the adventure began. 

After our 6 hours layover in Miami, it was time to board our flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina. 

An 8 hours flight was ahead of us, and then we would be in BA!

After 8 long hours of on-and-off sleep, we arrived in Argentina! We met with our host brothers at the airport and boarded a bus to Colegio del Salvador. We then went home with our host families, and we did activities with them for the weekend.

On Sunday, we all met at Iñaki’s grandmother's house in the countryside, for an Asado, with 95 people. We all played games on the field, and overall just had a great time. They made us Argentine steak sandwiches (burgers?), and AMAZING desserts after. 

The next day, BCHigh kids boarded a “hop on, hop off” bus, that took us around the city, to areas like La Boca. This way, we were able to explore the beautiful architecture of Buenos Aires. We then met back at the school, and we played soccer and basketball until it was time to go home!
